Chelsea’s entry into the legal profession is somewhat unconventional. After high school, she fell into a long battle with drug addiction. In 2018, she got into trouble and was looking at fairly serious jail time. Luckily, her family helped her retain a lawyer, and she met Sunshine Bradshaw. Sunshine helped Chelsea enter into Drug Court, where she went to treatment for 6 months – during which time she gave birth to her son. She stayed in contact with Sunshine throughout her treatment, and in 2020, Sunshine offered her the position of Legal Assistant at Warrior Woman Law. Chelsea found herself very quickly falling in love with her work. Her background allows her to understand where clients are coming from, validate their struggles, and provide encouragement.
At Warrior Woman Law, Chelsea works directly with clients, the court, and insurance companies. She also schedules client-attorney appointments, keeps track of client files, and helps to organize and draft documents. Being part of a close-knit business allows Chelsea to be a part of each step in a client’s case and build personal relationships with clients.
Outside of work, Chelsea loves spending time with her family. She’s a huge animal lover and loves going on road trips.
